01Subject of consent
By submitting a form on the WDA website, the user consents to the processing of the personal data they provide for handling the enquiry and making subsequent contact. Consent is given freely, voluntarily and in the user’s own interest.
This document is a draft implementation and requires final legal review before publication.
02List of transmitted data
The user provides the following data:
- name;
- contact phone number;
- company name (if specified);
- task description or comment.
03Processing purposes
Data is processed for:
- receiving and processing the enquiry;
- contacting the user via provided contacts;
- preparing a service offer;
- clarifying task details.
04Permitted data actions
The following actions are permitted regarding the provided data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transmission to authorized services within the volume necessary for processing purposes, blocking, and deletion.
05Validity period of consent
Consent is valid from the moment of form submission until the processing purposes are achieved or until the user withdraws consent.
06Procedure for withdrawing consent
The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending an enquiry to the contacts listed below. After withdrawal, data processing ceases, and data is deleted unless there are other legal grounds for storage.
